30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Ehrler Systems subscriptions and one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used for your purchase, or email us at info@ehrlersystems.com and we will help you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page or through Paddle. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Renewals

If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it with you.
